Biggest Loser Tuesday!

Well I am very upset because my show is cancelled due to the Presidential Address to Congress is on! :( This past weekend has been very hard for me because if those of you who do not know Adams parents got a divorce, and now there is already talk of his Dad getting remarried and it has been a very difficult year for his family. So I am just trying to figure out as a wife and supporter of Adam trying to not say to much or be to forward with what I say! Its a very hard situation for me to be in, because I want to protect Adam from any harm because I hate to see him hurt. But on a much lighter note I cannot wait for the Bachelor FINALE! I am dieing to know who Jason will chose it better be Melissa I love her and I think that they are perfect for each other and they are so cute together!! I am super excited that I get to go home this weekend and watch my brother play some baseball and hopefully will get to see Micah and catch up I miss her so much! Also Adam has been studying like a fool for his mcat, so I have been a loner for awhile so that he can study because I want him to succeed and get into med. school because its his dream and I want him to be able to accomplish this! So everyone just keep us in your prayers so that we can make it through these next few months ahead of us!

My Day Off!

I have not been on here lately because I have been so stressed with school and work, and I am anxiously awaiting SPRING BREAK! It will so great to just get away and take a breather! Chloe has slowly been recovering from her surgery, and I am starting to wonder if something is a little wrong because she has been going potty a lot in the house which she never does, so we are diffentely going to have to talk to the vet about that next Friday! Other good news which I just discoverd is that I am going to be graduating from South Plains with my Associates of Arts in Teaching in December which I cannot wait!! And then I will be attending Texas Tech in the Spring to start on the good old Bachelors degree yippee! It will be so great to graduate and get a decent paying job so I can start slowly saving up money! :)
I am also getting to go home next weekend for my Mommas 46th birthday and my brother has a baseball game, and I am so excited to see the family because I have not been home in quite some time! While I am home I will also get to see Micah and I cannot wait because I miss her and we have a ton of catching up to do!

Bachelor Monday

Okay I am so excited that Melissa has made it to the final round!! I love her and I really want her to win over his heart, and everything is bigger and better in Texas!!:) And Jason is so adorable and he has a great smile! That always makes my day better when I have a great show to look forward to. Today Adams car had to be put in the shop and its going to cost us a but load to fix it, which is so frustrating and it sucks because just when things are going great then somehing has to go wrong with our house or the car. Lol Anyways I have finally got a lot of my homework done and now I need to make myself research for my APA paper which I have never written in APA style before so if anyone has any tips on that, they would be greatly appreciated. I am really hoping that everything starts getting a little bit easier with school and life right now. My brother is about to start baseball so I am really looking forward to getting to see him play its so much fun for me. But right now I cannot wait til the Bachelor comes on in a couple of weeks for the finale!!

Friday, Friday, Friday!

Well today we took Chloe to the vet to get fixed and I of course cried when we left her, I just really hope that everything goes ok and I am going to miss her so much and its only one day! I hope that she isnt in to much pain when we pick her up tomorrow! I am extremely tired but I am going to workout and do a lot of homework today to keep me busy! But I am about to leave to go workout and keep myself awake I will post when I find out how her surgery went.

Okay so Chloe surgery went well and she is doing great! Such a relief but I really want to be able to be there with her and hold her, but I cannot go and get her until tomorrow at 9:30 it cannot come fast enough. I am just so glad that she is ok! And things always have to go wrong it seems like, Adams car is messing up so he is about to take it by the shop and see what is wrong. I am so worried I just do not want anything to be really wrong with it! Life is so frustrating I always feel like if isnt one thing its another!

Thank God Its Thursday!!

Today is like a Friday to me because I do not have to work tomorrow, so I will be able to stay at the house and relax. But there is a down side we just made Chloe an appointment for tomorrow to get her fixed, so we have to have her up at the vet office at 8:30 a.m. and she has to spend the night up there and we wont get to see her again until SATURDAY! I am so sad, I dont want to leave her and I just do not want anything to happen to her! She sleeps with us every night so this is going to be weird!

On the other hand I am so glad to be home from work because the children had their Valentines parties today and they were cracked out on candy! :) So needless to say their mothers will be extremely busy tonight. But I do love my kids, Tuesdays and Thursday are my favorite day because that is my best group of kids. Today they were already telling me what they were going to be for halloween next year! lol they just crack me up. Also through work I have met and become good friends with Nicole and she has been so awesome to have around, and I also have become to know Cara and Melinda and they are awesome as well. I also have a great boss and a great teacher that I come in for in the afternoon, I am really hoping that she is still around when I have children.

Tonight we have a basketball game at 8:30 and Adams mom is coming to watch us play and maybe even his sister and their children! So I hope we play a lot better than we did last week, because last week was horrible! I enjoy playing intramurals so much though, because I miss basketball so much and this has been so great for me to be apart of, it still feels like I am apart of something and its good exercise!

On top of all these things I do have a lot of homework that needs to get done eventhough I am so sick of doing it that I do not want to do anymore!! I have a quiz to take today, another one on Saturday and a paper due on Saturday, and then another quiz open on Sunday, and then a assignment due on Monday, and math homework to do! Which so of this can wait just a little while because I have been having to put my Twilight series on hold and I am dieing to read it again so.... I am making myself stop typing for now and go and try to get some of my many homework assignments finished so that it will leave me more time for my great book!

Wednesday!

Well I am looking forward to tonight Duke and North Carolina play which I hope it turns out to be a good game! We are about to take Chloe to the vet and I hate having to spend money and more money, but I just hope that everything checks out okay! I have been so busy with my Education class, our teacher is extremely hardcore and gets down to business so... should be interesting to say the least. We have to write a ten page APA style paper ( which I am having to learn APA because in high school all we did was MLA).

On the brighter side Adam and I celebrated Valentines Day yesterday LOL because we do not want to fight the crowds on Saturday! We tried that last year, ya bad idea way to many people and the wait is ridiculous! So he gave me a beautiful white jacket that I wanted and 10 mintue trainer!:) It is really hard and its good for me when I have so much school that its hard for me to leave for two hours and go workout! We have a basketball game tomorrow we play intramurals our team is called Superbad! And I am really hoping that we play better than we did last time or else we are going to probably get beat.

But I better get Chloes things together so that we will make it on time for our appointment, but until I get on here again which will probably be sometime tomorrow!

My Life!

Well as you know my name is Leslie and I am 21 years old, and I am happily married to my husband Adam, and we are going on two years which is just crazy to me! We got married June 30th in Seymour, Tx, which will be the happiest and greatest day of my life. I attend South Plains College and I am majoring in Early Childhood Education, next May I will graduate with my Associates in Teaching and then attend Texas Tech to get my Bachelors Degree in Teaching, so as you can see I am still forever away from graduating! And I work at Calvary Preschool in the three year olds and it is the most rewarding job. My husband is attending Texas Tech and is majoring in Biology and is currently taking the MCAT classes to apply for med. school. So as you can tell we are both so busy with school and work that this semester is going to be extremely challenging for us. I have a little brother ( well not so little anymore) who is a Sr. in high school and I will be traveling the adventureous road to Holliday, Tx to watch him play baseball for one last year. :(
We were also informed of some great news early this year that we will be an Aunt and Uncle beacuse Adams sister Meaghan is having a baby, so this has brought a lot of joy to us during this busy year ahead of us. We also got a puppy earlier this year and she is a black/tan daschund her name is Chloe and she is our pride and joy we love her so much, and she is another thing that keeps us extremely busy as well.
So this is giving everyone insight into our crazy busy life, and I have slowly figured out that life is not easy its extremely hard and nothing is given to you on a silver platter. But all the struggles are worth it in the end, because good things will always come of them!
